The task at hand

Leading a track includes nagging people you know who are capable of giving good talks.
Locating more people outside the current "community".
Making sure there are enough good talks.
Deciding which talks to accept and which not to.
Making sure that the speakers know what to expect from the conference and the facilities.

Open-Source Usability and the FOSS community (needs better name. What I had in mind: the Ben Yehuda project, other community efforts)

While the focus of the conference is developers (both who develop FOSS and thos who use FOSS for development) I belive that learning about various applications and especially how to automate them can also included. -- Szabgab
